The German Indian Nursing Association (GINA) was created to make migration to Germany fair, ethical, and accessible for Indian nurses.
Through this programme, we ensure that candidates have a clear, structured, and affordable pathway to work or study nursing in Germany — free from exploitation and hidden costs.

The GINA Project is a joint initiative between three trusted organizations:

  • RE-ALIS (Germany) - Directed by Simon Jäger, a qualified nurse, former Assistant Nursing Director, and now CEO of RE-ALIS. His professional background in healthcare ensures that our candidates are treated with fairness, respect,are given proper integration opportunities.
  • NOVA Healthcare Professionals (India) - A licensed recruitment company, officially recognized by the Government of India. We guide candidates step by step through the process in India.
  • Western European Language Institute (WELI) - A language school and official ÖSD Examination Centre, preparing candidates in German from A1 to B2 levels.

How the Programme Works

Register with NOVA Healthcare Professionals

Submit your documents and begin the process with our licensed recruitment team.

Attend Interviews with German Hospitals

In partnership with RE-ALIS, we organize direct interviews at our NOVA office in Kochi.

Begin German Language Training at WELI

Start structured training from A1 to B1 (and further to B2 if required), with exams conducted at our official ÖSD Examination Centre.

Visa & Departure

Employers finance the visa process, translation costs, and flight tickets for candidates once B1 is completed.

B2 & Anerkennung in Germany

After arrival in Germany, candidates continue their B2-level German training and complete the Anerkennung (recognition process) with the support of RE-ALIS and the employer.

Integration & Career Development

Employers provide accommodation with subsidised rents, onboarding programs, and cultural integration, ensuring candidates can settle and thrive long-term.
